I am an HR expert with over 20 years of experience in digitalizing and scaling companies. I have led and future-proofed HR departments with up to more than 30 employees in both large corporations and SMEs.
My areas of expertise include HR transformation, HR strategy, ethical and trustworthy AI, EU AI Act Compliance, change management, and coaching and mentoring for HR.
With two master's degrees in psychology and business administration, and post graduate trainings as AI Officer and business coach, I am an AI-enthusiastic humanist. I speak three languages and am an expert in international expansions, digitalization, and conflict resolution with works councils.
Christoph (Expert in Data Protection and Data Security)
I am the founder and CEO of ePrivacy, a consulting and certification company specializing in data protection and data security. Prior to this, I spent 20 years in the media industry in finance/controlling roles and served as CFO and COO at companies such as Bertelsmann and AOL.
I am active in working groups and associations in the field of data protection and advise leading online marketing companies on data protection issues. I am accredited as an expert for data protection seals (BDSG a.F.) at the State Data Protection Center Kiel (ULD).
In addition, I teach as a professor at the HSBA (Hamburg School of Business Administration) in the areas of finance, media management, and entrepreneurship.
Lukas (Expert in Labour Law and AI-Compliance)
As a partner at the law firm Unverzagt, I have been working in IT and data protection law for over 10 years. Additionally, I serve as Senior Legal Counsel and Data Protection Auditor at the consulting company ePrivacy.
During my legal training, I focused on labor law, and in my first professional position, I advised companies on issues such as protection against dismissal and co-determination. Through my doctorate in copyright law, I also keep an eye on content compliance in the use of AI.
Privately, I am involved as a Wikipedia author to promote free access to knowledge.
